Dear Candidate,

You are applying for an English teaching role with Oxinity. We only work with TEFL certified teachers. If you don’t have any qualification, please take a TEFL course before starting the process to join Oxinity. We offer our own course for those who need it, with the best prices, but we accept people from other 120 hours TEFL courses to join Oxinity.

If qualified, after completing a successful interview with us, we will offer you to join the biggest collaborative community in language teaching. You will work with other teachers, sharing activities and students, that will make your life much better than working alone or in an academy.

We will offer you the first 10 clients to start up (students provided by other members of the community that they can’t teach) and we will work with you closely to achieve 10 more clients for the following 3 months. This way, in 3 months you will have an average income of 2.000 euros. Using the app, and the different services provided, such as videconference call platform, teaching in public places such as cafeterias using geolocation, and sharing students with other members of the community, you can grow much more than going by yourself or working for someone else.

You will have access to our mobile app, where you will manage all your clients/students. You will be given all the materials for your classes and also you will have the possibility to adapt all your classes to specific needs. Everything is thought to make your life much easier and effective.

We will also provide with all the promotions you might need, such as a website, merchandising, and the best team that will help you find new students.

What we need from you:

Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
E.U. Resident or current work permit holder, prepared to work in Spain.
Qualified TEFL teacher with 120 hour TEFL certificate and teaching practice.
If you are not TEFL certified, please continue the process to select an interview slot for a TEFL course.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Through the modality of videoconference, in bars, or in person, you can choose and change the schedule of your classes as many times as necessary as well as class type. Jump from in person to videoconference when you’re on the go.

Every week an email is sent with access to course materials and schedule. You can check all updates and progress straight from your mobile device.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Monitor your progress through evaluations based on objectives and goals met. Easy access allows you to review and reinforce concepts taught and practiced in class.

You can keep track of your progress at any time. In each class I'll evaluate whether you've acquired the content objectives through every activity. You can also gain points through our mobile app. All this will allow you to keep track of your progress and current situation.

Consolidation and review

I will not send you homework but you'll have an app at your disposal in case you'd like to revise and reinforce the concepts taught and practiced in class. We've created a game that gives you the chance to compete with other people and also revise and learn new concepts in a fun way, at your pace.
