Learning english comes with its challenges, especially in the beginning stages, that being said there are lots of tips and tricks to make it so much easier! In this blog we will look at
'Would + Like'. Which probably already sounds confusing just by reading that but I promise it's very straight forward!
Let's dive in!
WOULD + LIKE
To start,
would like = want. We use would like or ’d like to say politely what we want.
The verb “would like” requires an object, a gerund, or an infinitive after it.

job is an object.)
They
would like a new cat. (The word

He
would like to get a new car. (“To get” is an infinitive and

Most people make a contraction with the subject and “Would.”

Pizza is the object.)
She
