I have done au pairing and tutoring for 3 years and have just received my TEFL course certificate and would love to gain even more experience and knowledge by working through your company to achieve other peoples goals of learning English. I use both materials or free conversation topics to guide the lesson. I am very focused on motivating my students to speak and will give lots of help, corrections and encouragement.
